Byron Wien is Vice Chairman of Blackstone’s Private Wealth Solutions group where he acts as a senior adviser to both the Firm and its clients in analyzing economic, social and political trends to assess the direction of financial markets and thus help guide investment and strategic decisions. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Wien was Chief Investment Strategist for Pequot Capital and before that served for 21 years as Chief (later Senior) U.S. Investment Strategist at Morgan Stanley.
In 1995, Mr. Wien co-authored a book with George Soros on the legendary investor’s life and philosophy, Soros on Soros – Staying Ahead of the Curve. In 1998 he was named by First Call the most widely read analyst on Wall Street and in 2000 was ranked the No. 1 strategist by SmartMoney.com based on his market calls during that year. Mr. Wien was named to the 2004 Smart Money Power 30 list of Wall Street’s most influential investors, thinkers, enforcers, policy makers, players and market movers. He appeared in the “Thinker” category.
In 2006, Mr. Wien was named by New York Magazine as one of the sixteen most influential people in Wall Street. The New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) presented Mr. Wien with a lifetime achievement award in 2008.
Mr. Wien received an AB with honors from Harvard College and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Investment Committees of Lincoln Center and The Pritzker Foundation. He is a trustee of the New York Historical Society, and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the JPB Foundation.
Carole Crozat Head of Fundamental Research - Blackrock Sustainable Investing (BSI)
Carole Crozat, CFA,Director, is Head of Fundamental Research at BlackRock Sustainable Investing (BSI). Carole is in charge of developing a research platform focused on key fundamental and thematic insights, reporting to Eric Van Nostrand (Head of Research at BSI). Her work helps inform both our sustainable investing products and the ongoing integration of sustainability insights across BlackRock's investment platform. Carole is based in Paris, and in addition to her global responsibilities, she also works to deepen European capabilities. Carole was most recently Exane's Head of Sustainability Research. Prior to that, she was an ESG research analyst at Societe Generale.

Benjamin Tai, CFA, Director, is a portfolio manager and senior analyst with the Global Real Asset Securities Group with 15 years of investment experience. His responsibilities include covering real estate and infrastructure securities in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Blackrock, Benjamin worked at Norges Bank Investment Management in both Singapore and London as the primary analyst for Asia Pacific real estate securities. Preceding that, Benjamin worked at UBS AG in Hong Kong as a sell side equity analyst in global listed real estate strategy, and before that at Macquarie Bank in Sydney as an analyst for the global property securities fund. Benjamin graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
Sean Darby is a Managing Director and Global Head of Equity Strategy for Jefferies based in Hong Kong.
He joined Jefferies in September 2011 from Nomura where he spent almost 10 years as Head of Asia Strategy. Sean is responsible for equity allocation across 20 markets as well as publishing top down ideas, completing bespoke portfolio construction and writing thematic reports. The strategy team provides regular updates on the factors effecting share prices as well as contrarian ideas. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Exeter and a postgraduate diploma in Japanese from Stirling University. He is also a Chartered Engineer. In 2021, he was ranked No.3 Investment Strategist by Asiamoney.

Larry Adam, CFA, CFP®, CIMA®, Chief Investment Officer
Larry Adam joined Raymond James in 2018 as Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Adam held the dual roles of CIO of the Americas and Global Chief Investment Strategist for Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management. He saton the US Investment Committee, the management team responsible for investment strategy and asset allocation for US discretionary client portfolios. He was also a member of Deutsche Bank’s Global Investment Committee that formalizesand establishes the global house view. Prior to being named Deutsche Bank’s Global Chief Investment Strategist, Mr. Adam was the head of the Asset Allocation and Quantitative Analysis Group, the group responsible for analyzing and implementing client-specific asset allocation strategies. He joined Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown in 1992.
Mr.Adam received a B.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Loyola University Maryland and a Master’s Degree in Business with a concentration infinance from Loyola University Maryland. Mr. Adam has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Mr. Adam has been featured prominently on CNBC and Bloomberg andis frequently quoted in well-known publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s and the International Herald Tribune.
Gilad Altshuler is the Co-CEO of "Altshuler Shaham”, one of Israel's leading Investment Houses. Gilad, who has a Portfolio Management License, has been managing portfolios for over 30 years and specializes in stocks, bonds and options.
At the outset, in 1990, Gilad established a small business for investment management, but Kalman Shaham - who was at that time a senior manager in a financial company - very soon joined him and together they founded the Investment House, which now has over 1,000 employees.
In addition to his work in the field of Finance, Gilad is at the forefront of a broad social agenda, which primarily creates collaborations with populations and entities requiring assistance - the emphasis being on children, education and sport. Moreover, part of this agenda is providing sponsorship for sports teams and individual athletes, with the aim of promoting the field of Sports in Israel.
In his spare time, Gilad is an amateur bridge player.
